Samsung has launched the cheapest 3G Mobile in India, The Samsung Hero E3213. It can be called as a classic bar mobile having all the features of modern phones. E3213 has a sleek design with silver lining and is powered with HSPDA that allows it to transfer files at a speed as high as 3.6Mbps.
