Nokia 700 is powered by the latest Symbian Belle Operating system. It features a 1Ghz Processor, 3G Connectivity, Wi-Fi, 5MP Camera and a 3.2-inch ClearBlack AMOLED screen. Nokia 700 is expected in India by early October 2011 and at an estimated price of Rs.11-12,000

Size and Design:
The compact design of Nokia 700 means that we have a smart phone as thin as 9.7mm and weighing only 96 gram. The design looks quiet simple with long touch screen block but the addition of speaker right at the bottom gives it a funky look. The metal cover at the back also adds to the versatile design.
Display:
Nokia 700 and 701 are the first Nokia phone to feature the Nokia clear Black technology to give a never seen before visual experience to the users. The Clear black technology is combined with AMOLED capacitive touchscreen with 16M color supports and resolution of 360 x 640 pixels, the screen size is 3.2 inches with pixel density of 360 x 640 pixels. To add to all that we have the display gorilla glassed and features such as multi-touch input method, proximity sensor for auto turn off and accelerometer for auto rotate.
Camera:
It features a 5MP fixed focus camera with LED flash. The maximum image resolution is 2592*1944 pixels. There isn’t any image enhancing features but it supports the geo-tagging feature. Nokia 700 records HD 720p video at 30fps.
Processor and OS:
It features a 1 GHz processor to run the Symbian Belle OS. The New OS from Nokia is the most improved and modernized having new widgets, better customization options, and the number of home screens now increases from 3 to 6 allowing for more easy navigation especially with addition of new navigation bar. It also has deeper NFC integration. The locked screen gets more detailed.
Storage Capacity:
The internal storage capacity of the phone is 2GB and it also supports external memory extension up to 32 GB via SD memory card.
Connectivity:
It comes with 3G support apart from the WiFi, Bluetooth 3.0 with A2DP and EDR and micro USB 2.0 support.
Nokia 700 also comes with NFC chip and can be connected with Nokia’s NFC enabled accessories. Other great aspect of the phone is that it is available in a variety of colors like Cool Grey, Silver/White, Peacock Blue, Coral Red and Purple.
